6 Day Add-On Workout Plan

This six day workout plan will help you burn fat, gain lean muscle tissue, and get stronger. This plan is a well-rounded workout program that will target every major muscle group in the body. It includes full body workouts, workouts that target specific body parts, cardio, and abs.

In addition, this workout includes a variety of exercises and is a fun alternative to traditional strength training. We also have upped the fun, by making it an “Add-On” workout plan. This means that in almost every single one of these workouts, we start off with a traditional exercise for the first interval and add on a different exercise move to that traditional exercise in each next interval.

Not only will this add even more variety and make your workout go by fast, but it will also work your muscles in different ways that they may not be used to, helping your body get more fit.

Most workouts in this plan require at least one set of dumbbells, with the exception of Day 3, which is a yoga stretching routine. All workouts can be viewed on Fit and Live’s YouTube channel. Day 1 is already uploaded and live. Once all workouts for each day are live, they will be added to this page.

Day 4 – Glutes and Abs

Day 5 – Upper Body Strength and Tabata Cardio
